TERMS OF USE – 11 TRADING ACADEMY LLC

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website https://11tradingacademy.com (the “Site”), owned and operated by 11 TRADING ACADEMY LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Florida, United States of America, with its principal office located at 433 PLAZA REAL STE 275, Boca Raton, FL 33432, USA (“11 Trading Academy,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing or using the Site and any digital products, online courses, memberships, private communities, coaching programs, or educational services offered through it (collectively, the “Marketplace Offerings”), you agree to be bound by these Terms.

IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, YOU MUST IMMEDIATELY STOP USING THE SITE AND ALL RELATED SERVICES.

The Site is intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. By accessing the Site, you represent that you meet this requirement.

  1. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

All content, features, and materials displayed on the Site—including text, graphics, logos, icons, videos, audio files, course content, documents, PDFs, templates, images, software, interface design, and trademarks (“Content”)—are the exclusive property of 11 TRADING ACADEMY LLC or its licensors.

Memberships and subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled by you through your account or by contacting our support team.

We may update prices at any time.

  1. ALL SALES ARE FINAL — NO REFUNDS

11 Trading Academy maintains a strict No Refund Policy.
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • All sales are final
  • No refunds, partial refunds, store credits, or exchanges are provided
  • Access being unused does not entitle you to a refund
  • Chargebacks are considered a breach of these Terms

Fraudulent or illegitimate chargebacks may result in:

  • Account termination
  • Permanent ban
  • Legal action to recover losses and fees
  1. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

You agree not to:

  • Share course access or community access with non-paying users
  • Reproduce or distribute course materials
  • Harass, threaten, or abuse other users

  • Upload viruses, malware, or malicious code

  • Promote external businesses inside our community

We reserve the right to remove content, suspend accounts, or pursue legal action.

  • Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the six (6) months prior to any claim

  1. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless 11 Trading Academy LLC, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising from:

  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any law or third-party right
  1. THIRD-PARTY LINKS AND SERVICES

We are not responsible for:

  • External platforms used for hosting communities or courses (e.g., Circle, Zoom)

Your interaction with third parties is at your sole risk.

  1. TERMINATION OF ACCESS

  • Abuse of the platform or community

Termination does not entitle you to a refund.

  1. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

Any disputes must be brought exclusively before courts located in:

Palm Beach County, Florida, USA

You waive any objection to venue or jurisdiction.

  1. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is deemed unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.

  1. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms constitute the final and complete agreement between you and 11 Trading Academy LLC.

Podemos presentar evidencia al banco y tomar acciones legales para recuperar pérdidas, costos y daños.

Usted acepta no:

  • Compartir acceso al curso o comunidad con terceros
  • Reproducir o distribuir materiales protegidos
  • Publicar capturas, grabaciones o contenido interno
  • Acosar, amenazar o perjudicar a otros usuarios
  • Publicar contenido ilegal, ofensivo o dañino
  • Introducir malware o código malicioso
  • Suplantar identidad
  • Usar bots o sistemas automatizados
  • Promover otros negocios dentro de nuestras plataformas
  • Utilizar el Sitio para dar asesoría financiera en nuestro nombre

Podemos suspender cuentas o emprender acciones legales por incumplimiento.

  1. PROPÓSITOS EDUCATIVOS — NO ES ASESORÍA FINANCIERA

Todo el contenido de 11 Trading Academy es exclusivamente educativo.

No somos:

  • Asesores financieros registrados
  • Broker-dealers
  • Planificadores financieros
  • Abogados
  • Contadores
  • Asesores fiscales

Nada en el Sitio constituye:

  • Servicios de inversión

El trading implica alto riesgo.
Usted es responsable de sus decisiones financieras.
