NO REFUND POLICY — 11 TRADING ACADEMY LLC

This No Refund Policy (“Policy”) applies to all purchases made from 11 TRADING ACADEMY LLC, a Florida limited liability company (“11 Trading Academy,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including but not limited to:

  • Online courses
  • Digital products
  • Memberships and subscriptions
  • Private community access
  • Coaching or mentorship programs
  • Educational resources
  • Any Marketplace Offerings available through https://11tradingacademy.com

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Policy.

  1. ALL SALES ARE FINAL

All sales made through 11 Trading Academy are final.
We do not offer:

  • Refunds
  • Partial refunds
  • Store credits
  • Exchanges
  • Order cancellations

This applies to all products and services, regardless of:

  • Whether the content was accessed
  • Whether the user participated or used the material
  • Personal circumstances or scheduling conflicts
  • Perceived value
  • Changes in financial situation
  • Dissatisfaction with trading results or outcomes

Purchases are made with full understanding that results in trading and investing are not guaranteed, and all educational content is provided “as-is.”

  1. DIGITAL PRODUCT NATURE

Due to the immediate, irrevocable access provided to:

  • Digital content
  • Course materials
  • Educational videos
  • PDFs and downloads
  • Community access
  • Strategies, frameworks, and intellectual property

all purchases are non-refundable.

Once access is granted, the information cannot be “returned,” making refunds impossible.

  1. MEMBERSHIPS AND SUBSCRIPTIONS

Memberships (including community access) renew automatically based on the billing cycle selected.

  • Users may cancel future renewals at any time.
  • Cancellation does not generate a refund for the current billing period.
  • Partial usage does not entitle the user to a refund.
  1. CHARGEBACKS ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED

Submitting a chargeback through your bank or payment processor after agreeing to this Policy constitutes fraudulent activity.

If an illegitimate chargeback is filed:

11 Trading Academy reserves the right to:

  • Immediately revoke access to all courses and communities
  • Ban the user permanently
  • Submit evidence to the bank demonstrating acceptance of this Policy
  • Pursue collection for outstanding balances
  • Initiate legal action to recover losses, fees, and damages

All purchases are recorded with user IP address, timestamps, and digital acceptance logs.

  1. EXCEPTIONS

There are no exceptions to this No Refund Policy, including but not limited to:

  • Not using the product
  • Not accessing the course
  • Not joining the community
  • Financial hardship
  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Change of schedule
  • Results not meeting expectations
  • Changes in market conditions
  • Belief that the course “did not help”
  • Disagreement with educational content

This policy is absolute to protect our intellectual property and the integrity of our business.

  1. DISCLAIMER OF RESULTS

11 Trading Academy is an educational platform.
We do not guarantee:

  • Trading performance
  • Profit
  • Consistency
  • Specific outcomes
  • Financial results of any kind

The user acknowledges that trading involves significant risk and that results vary based on individual skill, discipline, capital, and market conditions.

Therefore, dissatisfaction with performance or results does not qualify for a refund.

Al realizar una compra, usted reconoce que ha leído, entendido y aceptado esta Política sin excepciones.

  1. TODAS LAS VENTAS SON FINALES

la venta es definitiva.

  1. MEMBRESÍAS Y SUSCRIPCIONES

Las suscripciones se renuevan automáticamente según el ciclo elegido.

Usted puede cancelar futuras renovaciones en cualquier momento; sin embargo:

  • La cancelación no genera reembolso del período actual
  • No se prorratea el tiempo no utilizado

  1. CONTRACARGOS (“CHARGEBACKS”) ESTÁN PROHIBIDOS

  • Fecha y hora de compra
  • Confirmación de aceptación de esta Política
  • Historial de acceso a cursos
  1. NO EXISTEN EXCEPCIONES

No realizamos excepciones, incluyendo casos de:

  • Dificultades económicas
  • Arrepentimiento de compra
  • Expectativas no cumplidas
  • Falta de compatibilidad del dispositivo
  • Problemas de conexión del usuario
  • Desacuerdo con el contenido del curso
  • Cambios de situación personal o laboral
  1. DESCARGO SOBRE RESULTADOS

El usuario reconoce que:

  • 11 Trading Academy ofrece educación, no asesoría financiera
  • Los resultados individuales pueden variar
  • El rendimiento pasado no garantiza resultados futuros
  • El trading y las inversiones conllevan riesgo significativo

Por tanto, la falta de resultados o pérdidas financieras no constituye causa para reembolso.
